"Awakening to the truth is a deep realisation of what you are as an experience.

What is it that is listening?

What is it that is feeling?

Feel it. Sense it. Welcome it."

Welcome to yoga with Margherita:

Yoga has been a constant part of her life for the last 14 years. She has been actively practising in the UK and Italy and has been exposed to Bhakty, Kriya, and Hatha Yoga. The main influences on her style of Hatha yoga are the Ashtanga Vinyasa, Dynamic, Viniyoga, Shadow Yoga, Iyengar and Yin/Yang schools. She has studied with many of the world's leading yoga teachers doing workshops, retreats and trainings with the likes of Jivamukti, Shiva Rae, Donna Farhi, Adhil Palkhivalha, Richard Freeman, Tias Little and Rod Stryker and more recently Sarah Powers.

Drawing from the resources of different traditions, Margherita has a gentle yet powerful approach to yoga. She does not teach a particular style, but she rather supports the need of each individual. She enjoys being creative and experimental with her classes, working with a variety of themes, different sequences and a range of postures to help students deepen their practice and understanding.

Margherita teaches yoga classes at a number of venues in London and health clubs, renowned yoga centres such Alchemy (Chalk Farm), the Life Centre (in Notting hill and the first yoga centre in London!), she covers regularly at Triyoga Soho, and teaches privately. She mentors yoga teachers in training at The Life Centre TT programme.  Margherita leads yoga retreats in the U.K & throughout the world.

Margherita is British Wheel of Yoga Accredited and Yoga Alliance Certified.
