For almost two decades I have been practicing and studying this ayurvedic wisdom – a 5000 year old body of knowledge on how to live a full and expansive life. Yoga Classes

Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi my London classes offer a space in which you can deepen your practice and draw upon your personal needs. I offer different levels in each class giving you the freedom to pick and choose what suits you in the moment.

I teach weekly public classes in London at both The Life Centre in Notting Hill and Friends Meeting House, Church Crescent in Muswell Hill and privately in my home studio in Highgate or I can travel to a place that suits you.
