Hi there! I’m Margherita Dal Pra, yoga teacher, self-care coach and lover of green smoothies. I’m here to help and inspire, motivate and educate through the ancient wisdom and lifestyle of yoga. Whether you wish to join one of my yoga retreats, try a yoga class, learn more about nutrition and lifestyle or book me for a private yoga session, I’m here to guide and give you a unique experience.
I have just come back from a Margherita’s retreat in Almeria and have only praise. The place was exceptional and the group – totally amazing. Margherita’s course far surpassed anything I could have expected. I joined this course because my energy levels were low and I felt sluggish, but the course fixed that AND also gave me so much more.
