We collect information about you to process your booking, to make sure you are offered a safe practice and any necessary modifications.

If you request to be on the mailing list we will occasionally contact you to keep you informed about classes, workshops and retreats that are being offered. The mailing list will not be used for any other purposes. You have the option to opt out of the mailing list at anytime by clicking unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

Bookings

Our website is hosted by Greengeek and some of your personal data, that we require for processing, may be stored in a secure password protected database via a managed website hosting service which is also GDPR compliant.

We use a third party payment system named Stripe which is integrated into our website. Please refer to Stripe privacy policy.

Marketing

My mailing list is stored securely on Mail Chimp, whose procedures and processes fully comply with the GDPR and you will have the option to unsubscribe from this list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or email. You can see mailchimp’s privacy policy
