This turmeric latte is a joy to drink especially a end of a long day, but also if you need something warm at the start of the day and you are not quite ready for breakfast.

Golden milk

Ingredients

170ml almond milk
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp turmeric
2cm fresh ginger or 1tsp grd ginger
1/2 tsp grd cinnamon
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp jaggery or coconut sugar

Method

place all ingredients in small pot, simmer for 10 minutes, add the sweetener last. Enjoy!
