  ABOUT NURTUREVOLE

This 10-week yoga health coaching program takes you step by step through these basic lifestyle principles which will greatly improve your health. Each step builds on the last: the whole effect is greater than the sum of the parts.

Using habit, lifestyle and personal evolution techniques, you are compassionately guided to make healthier changes you can keep, and continue to improve upon.

Each week, for 10 weeks, we focus on developing one simple habit. The habits build upon each other and collectively ripple out to have a profound and lasting impact on your health.

WHAT’S INCLUDED IN THE COURSE

Two 1-on-1 sessions. You’ll get two individual coaching sessions with Margherita, one at the beginning and one towards the end of our 10-week program. I’ll be there to answer all your questions and together we’ll clarify the next steps on your wellness path.

A Master eBook. This eBook gives you the foundation and fundamental guidelines on how we succeed with habit changes and stepping into a new way of being.

Weekly group coaching calls. I’ll hold a weekly conference call where we’ll discuss the spotlighted habit and what you are experiencing. All calls will be recorded so you can listen in later if you can’t make it live.

Weekly printable lessons. Each week you’ll get an email with a printable PDF full of information about the habit we are covering that week.

Online community. You’ll get access to our private member community. Here you can ask questions and get support from myself and the other participants.

Thank you for coaching me on the life changing ‘Nurturevolve’ course. I had no idea at the beginning how much I would discover and learn and now I feel committed to learning even more. But instead of being overwhelming, the course was gentle and took us all by the hand and kindly walked us through step by step. There was no fear of failure as all efforts are recognised and rewarded. Which is itself a complete change in the way I would naturally think of a project or course. Every week I looked forward to listening to the call recording and your voice was so relaxing and comforting, like listening to a favourite podcast.

Personally I’ve noticed a lot of changes; here are a few of them:

Mindful of what I consume and take notice of how my body feels as a result of that

A great start on a fixed morning routine that leaves me feeling grounded

Not as wound-up by my commute

Tolerant and more patient in general (this includes to myself – I no longer write lists of tasks for myself to accomplish home improvements that used to leave me feeling stressed and feel ‘behind’)

Regular exercise, which is varied and includes Tai Chi and jogging

Mindful of chemicals and pollutants in products and actively trying to avoid

Fuller awareness of the diversity of people

Braver to show compassion/vulnerability – trying to ‘show up’ more

There are lots of things still to work on – but I would not be in this position without the course. With much love and admiration
