A TYPICAL YOGA RETREAT DAY…
There will be a morning and an evening practice each day. Following the rhythm of the day, the morning sessions are invigorating, transformative and cleansing for the mind and body, and the evening practice, more lunar and nurturing, incorporates meditation, yoga nidra and relaxation. Two half days or one full day off mid week to explore the beautiful markets and sightseeing.
Mornings generally at 7:30am we will have tea and fruit before yoga at 8am and breakfast after practice. On the excursion days we will change meal schedules to enable free time.
