CREAMY GREEN SMOOTHIE
This super delicious smoothie is what I drink most morning post workout.
Creamy green smoothie
Ingredients
3 cups almond milk
1 full hand of spinach or kale
1/2 cup strawberries (now in season) or anything in season like peaches, pears …
1 fresh banana
1/2 avocado
1 dollop of nut butter – protein to keep you going for hours
1/2 cup dates
1 tsp vanilla
Method
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Garnish if you wish with seeds or fruit. Serves 2
